Our girls day-Saturday the 20th! We had a blast at Michaels. We went for the free kids craft events. We decorated little American Girl t-shirts and made and decorate purses. We came home with glue all over our fingers, but we sure had fun. We "visited" Old Navy, Target, the library, and then finished off our afternoon at the "Donut Den." (very sinful)
Sunday was our ward primary program. The girls did great on their parts and sang so well! Emilee sat right up in front and was super reverent the entire time. Way to go Emi! She sat there a just smiled. The children wrote their own parts for the program with help from the primary presidency. The kids all did great! Savannah, Natalie and two friends sang the 3rd verse to I am trying to be like Jesus. They sounded beautiful!
Savannah's part: I live the gospel standards by wearing modest clothing, speaking appropriate language, watching clean movies, and by reading good books.
Natalie's part: The Holy Ghost helps me when I say my prayers.
Emilee's: My favorite scripture stories are about Joseph Smith!
Great Job Girlees!
